The Armour Heights Baseball League is organized and operated by parent volunteers. We want to thank all the volunteers who make the league possible, popular and a success! The number of teams created each season always depends on the number of parent volunteers. Don’t be shy about volunteering – we will have a coaches meeting prior to the beginning of the season where you will learn the rules and regulations of the league and how to best coach your team. All coaches get advice/encouragement and training from conveners and past coaches. Here are the positions we are currently recruiting for: Team Coaches Co-Coaches Assistant Coaches Phone Contact Convener Assistant Convener Banquet Coordinator If you want to volunteer for one or more of the positions, please indicate as such on your child’s registration form or email us at info@armourheightsbaseball.com Each Coach, Co-Coach or Assistant Coach volunteer can also request one non-family child to be placed on their team. The league will do everything it can to grant these coaches requests. As we are a volunteer run community league we appreciate parental participation at any position. The more coaches we have, the better – kids learn more skills and play more safely with adults supervising.
